Frequently Asked Questions
There are a few ways to get an estimate:
Fill out the consultation form on the website (you can even send a few pics to help).
Send a text to 720-686-3315. Include your name, email address, and a few photos.
Email us at refurniturewoodworking@gmail.com with your name, cell number, and a few photos.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you to get more information as necessary and then we will send you an estimate to approve. Once the estimate is approved, that will put you in the project queue.
Current lead time for accepted projects is longer than usual due to strong demand and limited shop hours and resources. I’m committed to quality craftsmanship and clear communication, and I’m only accepting a limited number of new projects at this time.
It really depends on the size of the project and the number of projects in the pipeline:
Upholstery: Upholstery projects typically start within 2-3 weeks from the time the project is accepted.
Simple Repairs: If the repair is simple (e.g.: broken chair arm) your project will typically start within 2-4 weeks.
Major Repairs & Custom Work: All other projects typically take 9-12 months before the work begins.
How long the project takes really depends on what is being done and we will let you know what to expect with your specific project.
Our preference is for you to bring the project to us, but we do offer pickup and delivery for an extra charge as long as the piece isn't too big (we do not have a truck or trailer at our disposal). In addition, the piece needs to be in an easily accessible location (e.g.: garage) as we cannot move the piece down/up stairs or through your home (there is too much risk of damage to your property).
We are located in Parker, CO (21577 Omaha Ave) and we work out of our home garage to keep overhead costs to a minimum. We have handled work from all over the state of Colorado.
