Pricing Your Project

I personally can't stand it when companies hide or don't share their pricing, so you have my word that our pricing will always be transparent. So, to start...

Our pricing structure is straightforward:

Labor + Materials

Naturally, there are variables that can affect both the labor and materials costs on a per project basis. That is why we provide an up-front estimate, and we will communicate with you throughout the project.

We want you to be comfortable with the cost of your project throughout the entire process, beginning now...

Antique
Repairs

$100/hour + Materials

For a piece to qualify as an antique, it must be over 100 years old. These projects require additional care, skill, materials, and techniques.

Antique restoration limits the use of power tools and most modern materials to maintain and match the integrity of the original piece.

The cost of these projects tends to be higher due to the added labor and materials costs, ensuring the piece retains its charm & patina and is both stable and functional.

Vintage/Modern and Custom Work

$75/hour + Materials

Vintage projects include anything less than 100 years old but older than the person who owns it (these pieces are often family heirlooms).

Modern pieces include anything purchased by the owner new or that are typically less than 40 years old. We will use modern materials and techniques (including power tools) to reduce the cost of these projects.

Custom work is priced on a
per-project ba
sis.

Project
Materials

Project Specific

Material costs will vary depending on the project requirements and the client's specifications. In some cases, the desired finish will dictate the wood type (e.g. painted projects don't require expensive hardwoods such as burled walnut).

Some antique projects will require more expensive materials to match the existing materials.

We will consult with you before any materials are purchased.

That's a great start, but examine the pricing examples below
to get a better idea of what your project's final cost might be.

Of course, your project is personal so you'll receive a
free consultation and estimate up-front and updates throughout your own project...
